Multiple layers of protection are active every time you log in to your alonadt account from Pakistan
Every login request you make on alonadt travels through 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption — the same level used by Pakistani banks for internet banking. Your password is never sent in plain text over the network. It's hashed before it ever leaves your device.
Even after you've logged into alonadt, every withdrawal request requires a separate OTP sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. This means that even if someone had your password, they couldn't move your funds without physical access to your phone.
Alonadt monitors login activity for unusual patterns — such as logins from a new device or location that doesn't match your typical behaviour. If anything looks suspicious, additional verification may be requested. You can review recent login activity from your account security settings.
If your alonadt session has been idle for an extended period, the platform will automatically log you out to prevent unauthorised access — particularly useful if you're playing on a shared device or logged in via mobile while on the move in Pakistan.
Alonadt uses industry-standard password hashing (bcrypt). Your actual password is never stored on alonadt's servers in any readable form — not even support staff can see it. This is why the only way to reset your password is through OTP verification to your mobile.
After five consecutive failed login attempts, your alonadt account is temporarily locked to prevent brute-force attacks. You'll receive an SMS notification and can unlock your account immediately via OTP. This protects you even if someone is actively trying to guess your password.
Security on alonadt is a two-way responsibility. Here's what you can do on your end to make sure nobody else can access your account.
Your alonadt password should be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers. Don't use the same password you use for your Easypaisa wallet, JazzCash or any banking app.
Alonadt will never ask for your password via SMS, WhatsApp or live chat. If anyone claiming to be alonadt support asks for your password — that is not alonadt. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including people you trust.
If you access alonadt from a shared computer — at a cybercafe or on a family member's device — always log out when you're done. Don't allow the browser to save your password on a shared device.
Your mobile number is central to alonadt account security — it's used for OTP login, withdrawal verification and password resets. Make sure the number registered on your account is active and in your possession. If your number changes, update it through account settings immediately.
From your account security settings, you can enable 2FA — which requires an OTP in addition to your password every time you log in. It adds only a few seconds to the login process but makes unauthorised access practically impossible.
Logging in to alonadt is designed to be as fast as possible without compromising security. The standard login method uses your registered Pakistani mobile number and your account password. Enter your number without the leading zero (just the 10-digit format starting with 3), enter your password and tap Login. You should be inside your account within about 15 seconds including page load time.
If you'd rather not type your password — or if you've forgotten it — alonadt also supports OTP login. Enter your mobile number, request an OTP and enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone. This works even if you don't remember your password, and the OTP expires after 5 minutes so it cannot be misused.
In some cases — particularly after registering from a new device or after a period of account inactivity — alonadt may ask you to verify your mobile number before completing the login. This is a standard security measure, not an unusual restriction. It means alonadt has detected that something about your login looks different from your usual pattern and wants to make sure it's genuinely you. Simply enter the OTP sent to your registered number and the verification is complete. The whole process takes under a minute.
Forgetting a password happens to everyone — especially if you haven't logged in to alonadt for a while. The reset process is straightforward. Click "Forgot password?" on the login form, enter your registered mobile number and alonadt will send an OTP to that number. Enter the OTP, then choose a new password. The whole process typically takes about 2 minutes. If your registered mobile number is no longer active, contact alonadt support via live chat with your CNIC details and they can assist you with identity-verified account recovery.
If you enter the wrong password five times in a row, alonadt's security system will temporarily lock your account to protect it from brute-force attacks. You'll receive an SMS notification on your registered mobile. To unlock the account, simply use the OTP unlock option on the login screen — it takes about 30 seconds and access is immediately restored. If you're not receiving the SMS, check that your number has signal and isn't blocking messages from unknown numbers. Alonadt support can also manually unlock accounts via live chat after verifying your identity.
Yes — if you tick "Remember me" on the login form, alonadt will keep you logged in on that device for an extended session. This is convenient for your personal mobile but should never be used on a shared or borrowed device. The remembered session is tied to your specific device and browser — it doesn't carry over to other devices. For security reasons, alonadt will still require OTP verification for any withdrawal regardless of whether you're using a remembered session.
If you're having trouble logging in on your Android or iPhone, the most common causes are: using the wrong mobile number format (make sure you're not including 0 at the start or the country code), an incorrect password (try the OTP login method instead), or a browser cache issue (clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again). Alonadt works on all major browsers — Chrome, Firefox, Safari and the built-in browsers on Oppo, Samsung and other common Pakistani phone brands. If problems continue after trying these steps, contact alonadt's 24/7 live chat support for immediate help.
