Alonadt Terms and Conditions – Rules & User Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Alonadt" / "we" / "us" / "the platform" refers to alonadt.bet and the legal entity operating it.
• "You" / "the player" / "the user" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on or uses any service provided by alonadt.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a player on alonadt.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your alonadt account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, matched deposit funds or free bet awards granted by alonadt subject to wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all products and features available on alonadt, including but not limited to sports betting, PSL betting, live casino, online casino games, fishing games and the associated cashier.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used across all alonadt transactions.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use alonadt, you must meet the following eligibility requirements in full:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Alonadt strictly enforces this minimum age requirement.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of alonadt or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are not sure about the legal status of online gaming in your area, please seek independent legal advice before registering.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and preferred payment method. Providing false information is a material breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

3. Account Rules

The following rules apply to all registered accounts on alonadt:

• One account per person. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on alonadt at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be closed and any outstanding balances may be forfeited if bonuses were claimed.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. Alonadt will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.
• Accurate information. You must keep your account details current and accurate. Changes to your mobile number or bank details must be notified to alonadt support before your next transaction.
• Account inactivity. Accounts that have been inactive — meaning no login, deposit, withdrawal or betting activity — for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Alonadt will attempt to notify you before any dormancy charges are applied.
• Account closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting alonadt support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on alonadt are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply:

• Supported methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash; Rs 1,000 for NayaPay and SadaPay; Rs 2,000 for IBFT and card transactions.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are credited instantly. IBFT and card deposits typically process within the same session.
• Withdrawal processing: Alonadt processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. Mobile wallet withdrawals typically complete within 5–15 minutes. IBFT transfers may take up to 24 hours. Card refunds may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the initial deposit, consistent with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Transaction fees: Alonadt does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may have their own terms and transaction limits which are outside alonadt's control.
• Withdrawal limits: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Daily withdrawal caps apply and are displayed in the cashier. VIP players may be eligible for higher limits — contact support for details.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports betting activity on alonadt, including cricket, PSL, football, tennis and all other covered sports:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by alonadt at the time of placement. A bet is only confirmed when you receive a bet reference number.
• Odds changes: Alonadt reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time you press "Place Bet" are not guaranteed until your bet receives a confirmation reference.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. Alonadt reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the relevant event has concluded, even if the result was not yet reflected in the live odds display.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in the event of match abandonment, venue changes that materially affect the outcome, obvious pricing errors, or confirmed irregular activity. Voided bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake.
• Maximum payout: A maximum single-bet payout of Rs 50,00,000 applies. Accumulator payouts are also subject to limits stated in the specific market terms.
• Disputes: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise the dispute with alonadt support within 72 hours of settlement. Disputes raised after this window may not be accepted.

6. Casino Games

The following terms apply to all casino games available on alonadt, including live casino tables, slots, crash games, table games and fishing games:

• RNG certification: All casino games on alonadt use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by independent third parties. Outcomes are random and cannot be influenced by the player or by alonadt.
• Return to Player (RTP): Each game's RTP percentage is available within the game information panel. These are long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Technical failures: In the event of a game disconnection or technical error, alonadt will endeavour to reconstruct the outcome from server-side logs. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned.
• Game rules: Each game has its own specific rules governing gameplay, side bets and payouts. These rules are displayed within the game interface and form part of these terms by reference.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Alonadt regularly offers bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bets and other incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated on each offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified on the offer before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement, qualifying games and time limit will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonus abuse: Alonadt monitors bonus usage patterns. Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, VPN services or coordinated betting strategies designed to reduce risk — will have their bonus voided and may have their account reviewed.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Opting into a new promotion while another is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds not used and any wagering requirements not met within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Withdrawal before wagering: If you request a withdrawal while bonus funds are active in your account and wagering requirements have not been met, alonadt reserves the right to remove the bonus funds before processing the withdrawal of your real-money balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on alonadt. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using any form of automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or play casino games.
• Attempting to circumvent odds limits through coordinated betting across multiple accounts.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches or pricing mistakes to generate guaranteed profit — so-called "arbing" at clearly erroneous prices.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing alonadt staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other tool to disguise your location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

9. Privacy & Data

Alonadt collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at /privacy-policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary: alonadt collects the data needed to operate your account, process your transactions, comply with legal obligations and improve the platform experience. Your data is not sold to third parties. You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

10. Responsible Gaming

Alonadt takes the welfare of its players seriously. We provide a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period.
• Session time limits: Receive alerts or automatic logouts after a set period of continuous play.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, alonadt's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• Alonadt is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from technical failures outside alonadt's reasonable control.
• Alonadt does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for periods of scheduled or unscheduled downtime.
• Where alonadt is found to be liable, the maximum amount of any claim is limited to the balance held in your account at the time the claim arises.
• Alonadt is not responsible for the actions of third-party payment providers in respect of delays or failures in processing your transactions beyond our control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Alonadt reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using alonadt and may request account closure before the effective date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the jurisdiction under which alonadt operates its licence. Any disputes arising from these terms that cannot be resolved through alonadt's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory authority.

For Pakistani players, these terms are written and interpreted in English and, where relevant, will be applied in a manner consistent with Pakistani consumer protection principles.
